Answer: No damage to your eyelid would be suspected Thanks for your question. It is unlikely that flipping your eyelid would cause any permanent damage to your result.

Answer: Flipping eyelids after eyelid surgery Did you have upper or lower eyelid surgery? How well had you healed at 6 weeks? How aggressively were the lids flipped? Was there any separation of the wound edges? Have you spoken with your cosmetic surgeon? You presented to your ophthalmologist for dry eyes. He needed to examine you; otherwise, you could have just called him with the problem. Dry eyes can be a very serious problem and cause corneal damage and blindness if left untreated. You may have had dry eyes due to incomplete eye closure, or lacrimal gland concussion and your doctor was going through the necessary maneuvers to diagnose the problem. Have you noticed a problem since the "flipping" incident? if not, then its highly unlikely that you will develop a problem attributable to the incident in the future. Consult your cosmetic surgeon with your cosmetic concerns and your Ophthalmologist with your dry eyes (a bigger concern).
