I got my implants just over a year ago and I recently started weight lifting at the gym again. I'm not "hardcore" into weights, just looking to tone, but with certain exercises my chest contracts and it feels awkward. Am I going to ruin my implants? Are there specific exercises to avoid completely? Should I use a lot less weight than I normally do and build up again? Thanks

There are many possibilities here ranging from completely benign and self-limited to bad things. Best to see your surgeon who can evaluate it and appreciate where it is and follow it up to make sure it isn't getting larger or need to be removed/biopsied.
I don't have my patients wear wire in their bras for 2 to 3 months because I don't want the implant to be pushed into a new position. Wearing wire is not the problem for the most part but wire push up bras are a potential to give you problems later on. I tell patients wear what is...
Your symptoms sound like this could also be a possible anxiety situation (chest discomfort, variable, heart workup was normal). I would recommend that you seek medical attention and also see your PS to look at the implants. Good luck
