PLEXR can be a good treatment for saggy upper eyelids, but the results fade very fast. If you want permanent result I recommend a regular upper Eyelid Surgery, where we can remove the excess skin in your eyelids permanenlty. Of course this surgery does not stop the aging process, but I guarantee the results will last at least 20 years. Hope this answers your question.

If you don't mind temporizing procedures, resurfacing or ThermiSmooth could provide a improvement in your lid crease but this will diminish with time without repeat procedures.If you desire a more defined crease that is more durable, you could consider an upper blepharoplasty or browlift if you feel your brows are encroaching on your lids. PLEXR, from what I've read, will be no better than ThermiSmooth.

Based on your photo but without an examination, you appear to
be an excellent candidate to cosmetically improve the appearance of your
eyelids with an artistically performed conservative upper lid blepharoplasty rather than any nonsurgical procedure.FDA approval, if and when, is unpredictable for any specific technology.
Following the advice of anyone who would presume
to tell you what to do based on a limited 2 dimensional photo without taking a
full medical history, examining you, feeling and assessing your tissue tone,
discussing your desired outcome and fully informing you about the pros and cons
of each option would not be in your best interest. Find a plastic surgeon that
you are comfortable with and one that you trust and listen to his or her
advice. The surgeon should be certified by the American Board of Plastic
Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic
Surgery (ASAPS). You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.
