Hi, I have some heaviness in my upper lids, mostly at the ourer corners, and I was wondering if I would be a good candidate for PLEXR and when will it be available in the united states? Would it be preferable to do a blepharoplasty or are there other procedures that could help? I would like the droopiness/heavyness at my outer corners to be addressed and just a small correction to lift my lids in general. Thanks in advance for your time and advice.
