Thank you for sharing your question.  While subcision may improve your tethered scar it tends to work best as a part of a plan including scar massage, cortisone injections, and fat grafting/dermal filler use.  Discuss these alternatives with your surgeon.

Yes, payment plans are available but can vary from practice to practice.  We frequently have patients who finance surgery through Care Credit and Alphaeon Credit. Both companies offer 0% plans and longer term plans with interest.

Low nicotine is still nicotine and it can interfere with healing. You are still in the healing stages. These questions should be addressed to your surgeon. For my patients I want them to avoid all smoking for a month before and after surgery. You should be able to drive now as long as you are...

The surgery does not involve muscles, however you do need to take time out from working out so that your chest can heal. Talk to your board certified plastic surgeon about resuming power lifting. I want my patients to wait 6 weeks before resuming any type of formal exercise, then increase...
