Have a doubt that whether gynecomastia affects the fertility. Advice?

Thank you for sharing your question.  Though gynecomastia does not directly lead to infertility there is the possibility that an underlying cause of the gynecomastia can also affect fertility, such as a testicular tumor.  If this is of concern certainly reach out to your regular medical doctor for an in-person examination.
