Looking for a gynecomastia fat flap surgeon

I have a crater deformity from my first surgery and I am looking for a revision - specifically a surgeon who can perform fat flap repairs.

The fat flap is a very useful technique. In this procedure the fat tissue is attached to it's blood supply and rotated into the crater deformity. I have done this procedure many times. A common way to treat this is with further contouring with liposuction if possible and the use of fat grafts under the nipple and surrounding area to stop it from sticking/being too close to the muscle.  Look for a board certified surgeon that has experience in fat transfer.  Best wishes.

Did you mean fat grafting? to crater deformity post operation? Seek expert boarded PS in fat grafting to examine you and determine the exact requirements needed. This might be a very minor operation.
