I had a breast lift with implants about two years ago, one of the breast never drop and looks like a double breast the other didn't heal properly around the areola area. My question is if I wanted a revision would I have to go for another breast life or would it just be exchange of implants with only one incision
Answer: Implants You probably don't need the full lift. One implant needs the lateral pocket tighten since it sits too far laterally. The other implant needs the inferior pocket tightened which is causing that nipple to push up higher. Do not go larger and consider going somewhat smaller for a lighter implant.

Answer: Breast revision based on the photos i would revise the lift and leave the current implants unless you wanted a size change i might use galaflex for support but need to evaluate you in person

Answer: Secondary breast surgery The choice of procedures depends on what you were trying to achieve. The first step in the process is to get an assessment at which point you should share with your plastic surgeon what you don’t like about the outcome and you should listen to the provider about how they feel, they can improve your results. Your left breast implant is bottoming out slightly and this should probably be addressed. You didn’t include the indication for changing the implants. Do you want to go bigger? Or smaller? Different profile? If you feel like you got good care from your initial surgeon and follow up with that provider. Alternatively, have multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons who have extensive breast surgery experience. When requesting an assessment, it’s important to always present before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask the surgeon who did your initial procedure to forward the pictures they took. We can’t really assess the outcome of a surgical procedure unless we know what you look like before. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
