How long after a genioplasty can you return to high intensity bodybuilding? Nothing that would bump the chin of course, but it's intense exercise, close to failure.

My recommendation would be to wait at least 4 weeks, then start back at 50% and see how you feel. You will most likely be more tired and sore afterwards. After 6 weeks, the bone is healed, but it is important to listen to your body and back off a bit if you need to. Definitely have a spotter when bench pressing and exercises of that nature.
