I goty breast implants 4-25-14. Under the musles. I was an A cup and my implants size is 425cc and final fill is 540 cc. What size would that make me in bra size?

Best test to assess the status of implant is MRI. Local infiltration of tissue may also be evident with MRI. However, systemic involvement may only be substantiated with bio-chemical testing, thorough physical exam coupled with imaging which may include X-ray, CT Scan, MRI etc.

I would agree with your surgeon . . . wait until a year passes to draw any conclusions. Your implants will continue to settle and fill out the lower part of your breasts and this may change the position of your nipples. Patience is a virtue in this circumstance . . . Thanks for sharing.
