I goty breast implants 4-25-14. Under the musles. I was an A cup and my implants size is 425cc and final fill is 540 cc. What size would that make me in bra size?

Your breasts are pointy because the base is constricted.  This can be corrected during breast implant surgery.  You should be able to achieve a nice rounded look.

Hi, there.  At 5 months post-op, I doubt that you would "settle" more.  Your nipples are slightly low; you look natural.   I think that your nipples were in lower position of your breasts prior to surgery.  In regards to whether you should go larger, only you can answer that....
