Will my boobs still be this pointy after a Breast Augmentation? (photos)

I feel like my boobs are very pointy and shaped like cones. It's one of the biggest complaints I have about them. Once I get implants, will I be able to achieve a softer, rounder look? I'm just worried that even if I get a breast augmentation, they'll still look like cones, just in a bigger size.

It is very difficult to make
any comments about how your breasts will look after a breast augmentation without
first seeing proper photographs of your chest. 
In general, breast augmentation will round out the shape of your
breasts, given a round, tight implant.  A
consultation with a Board Certified plastic surgeon, and looking at
before/after photographs of their work, should give you an excellent idea of
what is attainable with a breast augmentation.

Hi. There are minor elements of a tuberous breast. Tha being a constricted base with minor herniation of the nipple-areolar complex. This is easily corectable with a breast augmentation and in the hands of an exprienced breast surgeon should not be a problem. I encourage you to research and research before you undertake this journey.I am certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and have practiced in the"land of breast implants", Miami, for the past 29 years. I encourage you to look up the surgeon you eventually select and make sure they have years of experience in performing cosmetic breast surgery. Furthermore request to see before and after photos of previous patients by that doctor....not a clinic or surgery center. Do your homework......research and verify the doctor's credentials. Have they had problems with the Board of Medicine, disciplinary or otherwise. Any law suits?How about the center, clinic or facility? Are they accredited by a national organization or do they just have State approval. Understand that at the current time, there are three nationally recognized organizations responsible for the highest levels of patient safety, AAAASF, AAACH and JCHO. You owe it to yourself to position yourself for the best possible results but under the most stringent safety regulations, If you have kids, even more so.How about anesthesia? Will you have a medical doctor certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology or a certified nurse anesthetist (CRNA)? Understand that there is no substitute for research. Cosmetic surgery, no matter how simple it may be to the patients, are invasive procedures and as such carry certain risks and complications.I wish you the best on your journey. Based on these photographs you appear to be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation.  The breasts should not look pointy after surgery.

Your breasts are pointy because you have a mild case of what is called a tuberous breast. This essentially means that there is some constriction of the soft tissues between your nipple and the crease below your breast. This can certainly be corrected to give you a more rounded breast shape as long as your surgeon recognizes this issue and takes appropriate measures to release this constriction at the time of surgery. Make sure you have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon when you decide to have the procedure and specifically ask them how they plan to address this issue. Best of luck

Implants will help with rounding out your breasts. Looking back in your profile photos . . . you have a nice starting shape, however, it is hard to tell if your areolas have any herniation as they are covered; this may be persistent despite augmentation. Good luck and thanks for sharing.

Without examining you or seeing the photos-- difficult to comment accurately. However, generally speaking, breast implants address the volume. Selecting proper style of implants is important in this process as well as placement- to add more roundness. Seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person consultation.

In general, breast augmentation doesn't really change the shape of the breast, it just makes the breast bigger. That said, it's very likely that breast implants will add more roundness to the outer breast and de-emphasize the pointed shape. A photo without clothing or an exam in person would help determine if you have a constricted or tubular breast. If that's the case, then an incision under the areola is often used to help decrease the pointy look further.

Your breasts are pointy because the base is constricted.  This can be corrected during breast implant surgery.  You should be able to achieve a nice rounded look.
