Hi I'm looking for a holistic way to rejuvenate my face. I want results that are flattering, natural and noticeable I'm considering accutite for nasolabial folds, jowls, upper eyelid, Morpheus 8 and fillers on cheeks. But I'm concerned of fat loss from accutite and Morpheus as I hear in the long run is not beneficial. What do you recommend? I'm lost.
Answer: Facial rejuvenation I would definitely keep Morpheus and Accutite on the menu to start, but then add Restylane and Sculptra as fillers. Keep the Inmode treatments on the lower part of the face to reverse the aging changes and fill the upper part of the face to create a natural heart shaped face. Photofacial/IPL and Botox along with a Halo treatment at some point and you are at the cutting edge of non-invasive treatments for facial rejuvenation. Best Wishes!!

Answer: Considering options From your photos you will have the best results from a combination of treatments. Fillers will help to add volume to the cheeks, improve nasolabial folds, and correct volume loss under the eyes. FaceTite uses RF technology to help tighten skin up to 40%. Results can be enhanced with Morpheus8 treatments which stimulate natural collagen production. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Forget The "Bells & Whistles" Devices; Fillers Work Well & Immediately For Facial Shaping & Contouring From your photos, in experienced hands, one or two treatment sessions (your preference) with the appropriate fillers can easily address the volume deficit in the upper cheeks, the smile lines, marionette lines coursing down from the sides of the mouth and the incipient jowls along the jawline. A volumizing filler, such as Restylane Lyft, in the cheeks would not only reestablish a more ideally feminine, heart-shaped face, but would likely secondarily improve the smile lines below and improve the tear trough regions. A filler, such as Juvederm Ultraplus XC, appropriately placed at the corners of the mouth would diminish the marionette lines, and Voluma XC injected to augment the chin and define jawline would address the early jowl formation. And the good news is that the results of these treatments are typically immediate and engender a "Wow!" response. No need for "bells and whistles," heavily marketed and expensive, "next big thing" devices whose science to back up their use lags well behind the science to prove their real value. Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician and be sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.
