I have always had some facial asymmetry with my left side being fuller/higher. It was really only noticeable to me. But after having a fat grafting to my cheeks 3 years ago, my left cheek is much more full to the point that people comment. It seems like it's also pulling my left nostril up because it's so close to my nose. What is the best way to fix this? I was thinking maybe accutite or Morpheus8. Thanks!

Yes! Accutite would be a fantastic option for you. Bags with minimal lower lid laxity are the best candidates for Accutite. It will improve the appearence of the bags as well as tighten the skin overlying the bags .
You appear to be a good candidate for Morpheus8. This treatment combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. Three treatment sessions are recommended for optimal results. You can learn more by visiting my website or from a provider near you.
Accutite can help with shrinking the fat as it uses Radio-frequency. Speak to your surgeon to also explain about the complications that can arise from this.
