I have always had some facial asymmetry with my left side being fuller/higher. It was really only noticeable to me. But after having a fat grafting to my cheeks 3 years ago, my left cheek is much more full to the point that people comment. It seems like it's also pulling my left nostril up because it's so close to my nose. What is the best way to fix this? I was thinking maybe accutite or Morpheus8. Thanks!

I agree!  I think these small facial asymmetries should be mapped out carefully and the treated with Inmode Accutite and Morpheus to not only melt some fat, but also tighten the skin.  Another less effective technique could be Kybella, but personally the Accutite in our hands has been awesome!  Best Wishes!!

Thank you for your questions. Some better photos or an in-person consult would be helpful. With fat grafting, it can be unpredictable and asymmetry is certainly a possibility. The problem is that once it happens, it can be very hard to fix. Accutite or Morpheus could work if the fat is superficial enough to be treated with those modalities. If the fat was grafted in a deeper compartment, then you might have to consider a more invasive treatment such as micro-liposuction or you could even try Kybella. Best to have an in-person consultation before deciding.
