I don’t want to touch my nasal bridge or reduce the width of nose - can I have just a tip plasty/alar base reduction? (Photos)

I want to get my nose done, but I don’t want to touch my nasal bridge or reduce the width of my nose. But I think I may have some form of trauma (was hit 3 times directly in the nose, once with an object, siblings) to the nose from a couple of accidents. My nose didn’t break, no bleeding after the incidents, and everything feels intact, but I feel like my tip has gotten more bulbous ever since the accidents, and my nose starts to hurt when I ever so slightly bump into anything, even my couch cushion or when I flop down face first on my pillow or when I press down on the sides of my nose. There is also a very small indent on my nose when touched at the top of the nasal tip. I was informed it was called a saddle nose, potentially also from the trauma. I am black, so I want to preserve my ethnic background. I don’t an upturned nose, super pinched nostrils, and a super small tip. Can I just get a tip plasty and alar base reduction? I also have mild acne, hoping to get on accutane soon, but could the bulbous affect be just from the oil production in my nose, it feels like I have a lot of “meat” or tissue in my nasal tip.
