Hello and thank you for your question. It is always best to see you face to face for a consult and examination however in this case it looks as though you have more filler than you would have liked. I don’t feel your lips look too wide. The more frequent error in treatment is when the filler is not injected along the corners and the central lip looks too full and the corners just disappear giving the mouth a contracted or rounded look. I would photograph how the lips look now and compare to how they look when the filler dissipates. Then you can objectively decide which appearance you like better.
