After every appointment my injector tells me not to drink through a straw. I've done some Googling and haven't really found any answer as to why other than discomfort. Could you please explain what happens to lips if someone continues to drink through a straw after filler? Thank you!

In the lower lip, I would use Restylane Kysse — and increase the volume per the scale I co-authored from a 1 to about a 3.
In the chin area, I would augment with Restylane Defyne — and then feather-in some Filler to the mental crease as well.
Projection and proportions are key, but...
You should be seen in person to assess what is going on here, but the short answer to your question is yes, hyaluronidase can be injected into the philtrum. It does look like you have a little bit of a "shelf" from filler migration or inappropriate placement.
