If I am overweight will it affect getting fillers to nasolabial folds?

I'm 32 and plan on Botox to the forehead and fillers to the naso labial folds, I am overweight though, and plan to lose some, should I wait until after, will the lines go? I have fat cheeks and they may go down. The lines are more visible from the side than front on, but worse when I smile. Pics below

Sorry to hear about your leg.  You have a very unusual reaction but the scar just looks "odd" and the bleeding/capillaries needs to be evaluated.  I suggest you see a dermatologist for a possible skin biopsy of that area.  If everything is OK, your best options would be laser...
