Dr. Spera is an amazing surgeon! He did my breast lift and the 'girls' look perfect! I like the way he explains everything and the staff is awesome too. Already making plans for my next procedure with Dr. Spera

I had a surgery similar to a temporal pull done just a little lower to tighten skin under eyes with a different doctor and was left with deep red/purple scars that were 4-5 inches long and approx 1/2 inch thick. They were not hidden in hairline as promised and I looked like bride of Frankenstein. The same doctor did the surgery again cutting out the large scars but the exact same thing happened. Frustrated and no longer willing to look at these horrid scars on my face I went to see Dr. Spera. He knew immediately what was being done wrong. The original doctor was not separating the skin from the muscle so the muscle was just pulling the scars right back out as soon as stitches were removed .. causing them to be long and wide. So I scheduled with Dr. Spera and did the surgery under local anesthesia. Immediately after surgery I was extremely happy because even with the swelling and the stitches the incisions were a fraction of what they had been and were in my hairline. Honestly, a night and day difference ! I just got the remainder of my stitches out today and even tho it will be a few months for the scars to heal completely and disappear, I could not be happier with my results. Once fully healed I can tell the scars will be invisible ! Dr. Spera seriously saved me .. I was crying almost daily and so embarrassed to even be in public. I was having to wear bandaids on my face for almost 5 months with the other scars because makeup would not cover at all and I was just horrified that my face was so scarred. The staff rocks ! Very knowledgeable and truly cares. Dr. Spera takes a lot of pride in his work and truly wants his patients to be happy ! His work is perfection and I could go on and on about how happy I am ! The office and operating room are spotless and the staff goes out of there way to make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process. Absolutely a amazing experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Spera for any of your plastic surgery needs :) A++++++++++++++++++++++++

All the staff at Dr Spera’s Office are very nice What I really like about this practice is that they didn’t pushed me to get anything else than what I was looking for, and they didn’t harrass me to give a deposit, I had a tummy tuck with liposuction and breast augmentation and I am absolutely happy with my results!!!

Tummy tuck with Lipo of the abdominal flanks and back rolls with Dr. Carlos Spera. The bottom pics are 5 days post op. I've been wanting this for the longest time so I think I was mentally prepare for this. From a scale of 1 to 10 , with 10 scoring this miserable and painful, I would say it has been a 4. Today I'm writing this and I'm 8 days post op.

Well I had more than one procedure done at once so I guess it's considered a "mommy make over" but I've never had kids just went through weight loss that left me with sagging skin around my abdomen and less than perky breasts. I felt I need a boost of confidence with the BA and to be able to see my ab muscles I worked so hard for with the TT.

I see a huge difference just 3 months post op and I'm very happy with my results!!!!

5 week in to my full face lift, upper & lower eye lid surgery. I can honestly say, that I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. His bedside manners are horrible, I understand that he does this on a daily. But patients need to be pampered, they need explanations, they need a compassionate doctor (even if he is faking it all) The staff is the best, but, his disregard to the patients anxieties is disappointing. My face looks younger, my eyes look refreshed, and my neck awesome. I know that it is a long process, I am swollen and uncomfortable and my face is not even. hopefully everything will fall in to place eventually.

I did not like my experience and results with this doctor, not satisfied with my scarring and bedside manners, and would not recommend. Communication was very difficult as was getting a refund for services not performed.

Getting my implants done with Dr. Spera. getting 655cc round implants. Super excited. these Are my before pics. I am 5'7 and 142 lbs. The staff at the office have been very helpful and Dr. Spera is always there to answer my questions. I am so ready for a big ol booty! stay tune!

I have enjoyed this site and have found the most info on butt implants here. I am 5'7 140lbs and DO NOT have enough fat for a BBL..I wouldn't even waste my time or money on it because I don't have the amount of fate to produce the result I want. I am exited to be getting butt implants and am going for a 600 CC round implant. I live in Miami and will be going to Dr. Spera. (He has an office on Flagler and does his surgeries in his main office in Davie) The office staff are nice and very attentive. There is like no wait time. I will post pictures and updates and hopefully I can help someone like these stories and reviews have helped me.

My Surgery is scheduled with Dr. Spera on 4/30/21- Friday at 7 in the morning. I thought I would share some before pics of me today. 4/8/21 weight 142 5'7 height. I do not have enough fat for a bbl so that is out. I am getting 655 cc round implants (implantech) and am very excited.

I'm 26yrs old, 5'2 and 123lbs.
I'm hoping to get a mommy make over in December 2016 to be summer ready woop woop !

I have 3 beautiful babies all delivered via c-section. So you can imagine the damage to my belly and stomach muscles.
I had a breast augmentation and lift in 2007 with Dr. Sean Simon when he practiced at Coral Gables Cosmetic Center. Since then I've had 3 children and fluctuated in weight tremendously, so my breast definitely need a revision. This time around I want another lift and gummy bear implants !

In 2014 I had gastric bypass at 5'2 and a whopping 220lbs. I was over weight and could not take being fat anymore ! Also, my eating habits were HORRIBLE! I made a huge decision and I'm very happy because I lost a ton of weight and I have truely learned how to eat the right way.

I've been going to consults since Oct. 2016!
And right now I'm TORN between Dr. Carlos Spera in Davie, FL and Dr. Leonard Hochstein in North Miami, FL.
In all honesty my 1st Choice is Dr. Leonard Hochstein because I absolutely love his tummy tucks and his incision placement. And let's not even talk about his boob jobs ! Omg to die for ! But he wants 20% of total cost upfront to book appt. Date and I wanted to put all costs on a Care Credit Card. He quoted me $14,000 so I would need to give somewhere around $3,000 in cash, debit or credit that I at the moment do not have for this surgery.
Dr. Carlos Spera has a few nice mommy makover before and afters on his website, but reviews done by patients I can barely find. I only found 1 review on a mommy make over patient on Real Self which is my go to for reviews on plastic surgery. He does approve all costs put on a Care Credit Card which is a plus for me. He quoted me $13,400.

I've thought about this a lot so hopefully I'll make a decision by TOMORROW lol because December will be here before I know it.
I'm going to try and call Dr. Leonard Hochstein's office tomorrow and see if he will accept everything on Care Credit, if not well then Dr. Carlos Spera it is.

I'm so ready for this mommy makeover!
I just pray for a LOW tummy tuck scar, a cute belly button, very PERKY boobs with minimal scarring ! (Not too much to ask for right) ! Lol

I don't look too bad in clothes. Ladies I'm soooo confused as to what size implant to get!? I'm getting gummy bear implants, do gummy bear implants run by cc's?
Right now I currently have 250cc on the right boob and 200cc on the left boob.

And remember I'm 5'2 and 125ish lbs.

Iron levels too low for surgery tomorrow.
My surgery was cancelled and now to wait for iron levels to come up. It's a 8 and I need it to be at a 10.

So I made it ! I'm alive and REALLY SORE! Not too bad the surgery went well.
I had a full tummy tuck, lipo, breast lift with implants and 455cc ultra high profile implants!

I'll post more pics hopefully Friday when I take off my binder.

Feeling really sore But not too bad. I'm still taking my pain mess round the clock . Today My wounds were cleaned and examined and everything looks great so Far. I'm leaning a little to 1 side in this pic that's why my boobs look different.

Very happy with my results so far. I'm loving how low my scar is and how flat my belly is ! I'm really sore but the worst part is really the binder. The binder I'm in 24/7 and it rubs against my number skin giving me a wired sensation it also rolls up and down. I cannot wait to stop using it I would much rather wear a faja or another sort of compression garment .

1 week post op and I'm feeling great went to my appt. Today to get my wounds cleaned and dressed. I got my drained pulled and the nurse said everything looks great so I'm happy.

So far very happy with my tummy my breast are starting to drop and soften. My right breast is still high and sore but I belive it's from using my right hand too much. I have a Dr's appt tomorrow, I'm getting belly button and breast stitches removed tomorrow hopefully. I will ask about my breast and I will update tomorrow with pics.
As far as pain I have minimum to none. If I walk too long my stomach muscles get a little tight and I tend to hunch over. My sides where the incisions end are a little sore and feel tight. Also the lipo done to my lower back and sides feels like slight burning sensations but not to the point where I need pain meds. Been off vicodin and extra strength tylenol (pain meds) for 1 whole week tomorrow.
