The left side of my face is bigger & droopier than the left. It has gotten worse after the baby. Best treatment? (Photo)

I have always had slight asymetry but it has gotten a lot worse and noticeable. I have had Dysport treatment to both sides of my jaw. The right responded beautifully and is now slim. The left side has had 3 treatments and it does not respond to treatment. I now have what looks like a ball on the right side of my face. My eye on the right side is also dropping. Is HIFU the solution? How can I fix this?

Your temporary swelling and ripples are likely due to the depth of transducer used.  With the most superficial treatment (the 1.5mm depth) there is a chance of marks on the skin. Yes, ultherapy results are gradual and can be asymmetrical at first. Keep in mind, a combination approach would give the most improvement with Ultherapy. I recommend Ultherapy with RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone. ...
