I have always had slight asymetry but it has gotten a lot worse and noticeable. I have had Dysport treatment to both sides of my jaw. The right responded beautifully and is now slim. The left side has had 3 treatments and it does not respond to treatment. I now have what looks like a ball on the right side of my face. My eye on the right side is also dropping. Is HIFU the solution? How can I fix this?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

It is unusual to have a side that ‘won’t respond’ to a Botox treatment. If sufficient units are used, the treatment should be successful.
Two things to consider with this:
How much Botox has been used.Has it been injected deep enough/in the right area of the muscle.
Once that has been treated, to lift the face, a ‘filler facelift’ can be performed using 2-3mL of filler to lift the face.
I don’t think Ultherapy is suitable. You appear young and I would be concerned that Ultherapy won’t have enough of a result.
