I have been terribly burned from Ultherapy. Will the deep pits heal?

Hi there :) What are the chances the deep pits will heal, please? Anything I can do to help it heal smoothly? I’ve been applying silicone sheets. If I’m left with the pits what treatments will help? Would TCA cross / 99% dichloroactic acid generate more collagen or degrade it and make the pits deeper? Thank you for your kind assistance!
