I’m not sure how recently you had the Threadlift done, but it appears it may have been quite recently.
It does take time for it all to settle down, and remember cone Threadlifts fully dissolve in some months.
It would be interesting to see whether any threads are visible without you pulling your skin back?

It is very unusual to develop a scar from the filler. It appears there is a very clear asymmetry still present.
I wonder whether enough Hylenex&nbsp;has been used to dissolve the filler.&nbsp; 
For dissolving, I use Hyalase brand hyaluronidase. Whilst the product is the same, a vial of&nbsp;Hyalase contains 10x as much hyaluronidase as a vial of Hylenex.
I have encountered lumps that have required a large dose of Hyalase to be fully dissolved.

I had my virgin lips injected with Juvederm and I developed a bubble the 2nd day. I waited 4 weeks and the bubble subsided but I could still feel a hardball in the area where the bubble was, so I got it dissolved with hylanex 3 times. My new injector believed that it was gone so we reinjected my lips a week later with VOLLURE. while injecting she noticed that I may have scar tissue where the bubble was. My smile is now asymmetrical because of the dip from the previous injector. What can I do?

It is unusual to have a side that ‘won’t respond’ to a Botox treatment. If sufficient units are used, the treatment should be successful.
Two things to consider with this:
<ol><li>How much Botox has been used.</li><li>Has it been injected deep enough/in the right area of the muscle.</li></ol>
Once that has been treated, to lift the face, a ‘filler facelift’ can be performed using 2-3mL of filler to lift the face.
I don’t think Ultherapy is suitable. You appear young and I would be concerned that Ultherapy won’t have enough of a result.

I have always had slight asymetry but it has gotten a lot worse and noticeable. I have had Dysport treatment to both sides of my jaw. The right responded beautifully and is now slim. The left side has had 3 treatments and it does not respond to treatment. I now have what looks like a ball on the right side of my face. My eye on the right side is also dropping. Is HIFU&nbsp;the solution? How can I fix this?

It is difficult to say whether eczema has given this appearance to your hands - but it is certainly possible!
There are several options that you have available to try, ranging in downtime, costs and effectiveness.
<ol><li>Medical / cosmeceutical skin care regime - Effective skin care can improve the pigmentation, ‘softness’ and appearance of the hands.</li><li>Fillers - Good quality fillers can last 2 years or more and can flesh out the bony appearance of the hands.</li><li>Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) - Using your own blood to stimulate collagen and elastin in the hands. I have personally had fantastic results with this.</li><li>Laser resurfacing - probably a last resort option, and likely not needed at this stage!</li></ol>

When I was younger I had eczema from age 1 to 10 and it’s was bad open wounds all over my body especially my hands and feet, I very dry skin these days to the point it looks like a river bed that has had no water in it for 10,000 years, my hands are extremely tough like I’ve worked in a coal mine for 50 years, I’m 21 for reference. Any ideas I’ve contemplated laser resurfacing but that’s is a last resort. Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks

It is very unusual to have such a reaction from Botox treatments.
I would recommend seeing your injector as soon as possible to get this looked at.

What can I do to reduce swelling after Botox injection that have swollen my eyes up to the size of a boiled egg and red and very sore
