This response was dictated. My apologies for potential grammatical errors. Position of your socket, and how that correlates ankle of your eyelids is primarily based on bone structure. Tightening the lower eyelid is not going to be the same as resetting the insertion on the orbit. I don’t think the canthoplasty is going to achieve the results you want, and it must likely unnecessary surgery that will lead to disappointment. Changing the tilt of your eyelids it’s going to require more than that, and I think it may be beyond what is a reasonable procedure unless the problem is significant.
