Patients in their early 30s with enlarged cheeks causing a chubby appearance, especially during a smile, could benefit from buccal fat removal.

Buccal fat removal eliminates the buccal fat pads, which are pockets of fat contributing to the fullness of the lower anterior face or a chubby smile, helping patients achieve a thinner, V-shaped appearance.



At age 30, it is unlikely that any patient requires a neck lift. If a patient wants to improve the appearance of the jaw and under-chin area in their early 30s, the most likely procedure to consider is extended chin liposuction with or without skin tightening. A neck lift is only indicated when the muscle of the neck is sagging, which usually starts happening in the late 40s or early 50s. At age 30, the neck muscle typically still has good strength and therefore very unlikely needs to be surgically managed with a neck lift.

In my opinion, the biggest problem about your face small and retracted jaw bone. Some jaw position problems need to be corrected with orthognatic surgeries. If your bite problem can solve with orthodontic treatment, then you can get an improvement with buccal fat removal and chin implant. neck lift surgery would be too much for your age i think
