Hello, thank you so much for sharing a photo! Salabrasion (salt solution tattoo removal) worries me very much for a couple of reasons. First of all you cannot get the area wet for 2-3 weeks after you do a treatment. This is very difficult on your face. Also, because they need to put the salt solution so deeply into your skin so it scabs off I worry about scar tissue and hair loss due to those scars. I would much rather recommend laser tattoo removal with a Picosecond laser like the PicoWay. It will take 2-several treatments, but so worth it compared to scar tissue.
Thanks for your question and posting a picture. The saline tattoo removal people say it's a natural method. There is NOTHING natural about rubbing salt into a wound. It will then scab and fall off...We have treated dozens and dozens eyebrow tattoos with the PicoSure laser. We usually remove them in 1-2 treatments. Sometimes the eyebrows are TEMPORARILY burned off or changed to a FUNKY color. The laser used is not the correct wavelength for LHR. The laser should not stir up your Rosacea. Make sure you they are using a picosecond (PicoSure, Enlighten, PicoWay...) laser to minimize complications. I hope this helps.
