Would filler fix my problem on the tip of my nose? (photo)

Question

I had rhinoplasty in August 2018 and I am mostly happy with the results. I have a very narrow, long face shape and my nose seemed too large for it. I was so self conscious of my profile and felt it was really ugly and there’s been an improvement. However, on the left side is an indentation and a lump of my tip (I have thin skin). Is this bossae? I feel conscious about this and it’s obvious in certain lights. Would filler add volume and even this out? I want to stop thinking about my nose!

Nasal bossae Are protrusions of cartilage through relatively thin, white nasal tip skin. In our experience, adding microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe helpful for camouflaging these irregularities similar to how your nasal tip may have looked 3 to 6 months after surgery. I hope this helps! Hi there! Thank you for your question. Dermal filler can be a great option when it comes to adding a little volume to an indentation and the appearance of the skins surface. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with an experienced injector to discuss this option in person.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers like Voluma, Restylane, and Juvederm along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip; however, it won't make the nose appear smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve the nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I do this a lot. This area can be improved with an HA filler. I use restylane there in tiny amounts.
You'd probably get a few years out of it if it works.
