Would filler fix my problem on the tip of my nose? (photo)

Nasal bossae Are protrusions of cartilage through relatively thin, white nasal tip skin. In our experience, adding microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe helpful for camouflaging these irregularities similar to how your nasal tip may have looked 3 to 6 months after surgery. I hope this helps! I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers like Voluma, Restylane, and Juvederm along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip; however, it won't make the nose appear smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve the nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I do this a lot. This area can be improved with an HA filler. I use restylane there in tiny amounts.
You'd probably get a few years out of it if it works.
