You do have very large implants, but this cannot account for the symptoms you are having. In addition to seeing your surgeon, I would see your primary doctor to evaluate your weakness, nausea, and pain. You need to rule out dangerous possible causes of your symptoms, then worry about the breast shape later. A cause of pain related to your breasts could be capsular contracture. Best wishes

First, you have large implants and they may be too heavy for your frame and tissue. Second, you may be bottoming out from the weight. Please go back to your surgeon and be checked. You might do much better with smaller implants.
