I have had a consultation with a dermatologist and a plastic surgeon. Both have said that i have to have fillers places under my fallen cheek pads to remedy the hollows under my eyes and my deep nasolabial folds. My problem with this technique is i dn't think it will give me the natural results I want. It's more logical to place the filler in the nasolabial folds and in the hollows under my eyes. It would also take less filler. I naturally have big, high cheeks. I don't want to add volume.

This is one of the high risk areas that is the vein their closely aligned with facial artery and very high risk for blindness. I would seek advice from a very experienced plastic surgeon to see if there is a way to mitigate around this and if it's even worth it. Even with a cánula it's not 100% ...
