I have a "dent" under my bottom lip which I hate. It's not very noticeable from the front, but from the profile I feel it really stands out. I'm looking for a PERMANENT way to get this dent filled in. Is this possible? I've included a picture of the problem, and an edited version to demonstrate what I'd like to achieve.

This is one of the high risk areas that is the vein their closely aligned with facial artery and very high risk for blindness. I would seek advice from a very experienced plastic surgeon to see if there is a way to mitigate around this and if it's even worth it. Even with a cánula it's not 100% ...
Thank you for your question. Yes, fillers are very safe when administered by a trained professional. And if your getting hyaluronic fillers they can be reversed with an injection. I would recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a consultation. Good luck.
