What can be done about dark spots on nose bridge/root (next to eyes)? Filler? Blindness risk? (photos)

0.3ml of HA per side? The area was swollen following hair transplant, and it looked wonderful, no darkness. I’ve read that injecting HA there can be dangerous. If the needle penetrated the angular vein, it could cause blindness. Is this true, and how? If so, could HA be injected on top of the bridge and massaged downwards? Or another way/place? Asian women have nose-bridge implants, and none go blind from it.
