It’s not that the implants are too high. You really needed a lift performed and should have gone with smaller implants. Your nipples are too low and need to be raised up with a breast lift

Your implants are at one level and your breast tissue is at another level. Your breasts are ptotic with the parenchyma falling down inferior below the level of the implant. You will need both the breast tissue and implant lifted. You will need some skin resection as well.

Your breast tissue has dropped lower over the implants. A mastopexy (lollipop) would tighten the pocket, raise the nipple/areolas and make the breasts look much better.

Thanks for the photos. Appears you have a combination of under lifted breasts with high riding or stuck implants. Only revision surgery can address these issues. Best to seek virtual consults with... Fees in $12,000 ranges.

Although an examination and measurements are needed to be certain, you appear to need a lift. Your implants are probably in the correct location, but your breast tissue in front is sagging.
