No upper fullness in the middle of my chest. Am I stuck this way? Is another revision needed? (Photo)

Your concerns about the fullness in the middle upper part of the chest can be best addressed with some fat grafting, in my opinion, Please discuss your concerns with your Plastic Surgeon who will be able to help you . You chose implants that were too large for your frame. You would do better with smaller smooth round implants placed behind the muscle for better upper chest fullness and less implant in the armpit area. Also, the smooth round implants will be much softer and more natural feeling.
