I have 2 different size breasts with the right being the smallest tight and tubular. Is revision an option? (Photos)

Your right breast is smaller and the areola is lower. I recommend you undergo fat transfer to the smaller breast and possible revision of the lift. I would not do anything to your left breast. Your breasts are not tubular.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. You do not have a tubular breast, but your left is larger. You can have a small reduction on the left to match your right, or a fat transfer to the right. The right nipple area also could be raised to match the left.

Thank you for your question and your photo. Yes, revision of your results from surgery three years ago can clearly be done. You can exchange your implant out on the right for a larger implant and an adjustment made on the fold as well. I encourage you to seek out a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to do a complete history and physical with a plan developed to meet your goals.
