Thigh lift complication 3 years post surgery - what could be causing this? (Photos)

I am becoming desperate to find an answer to what is happening. I had a mini thigh lift with groin incision. Also had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck at the same time. Approximately 6 weeks after surgery I developed a sore somewhat firm red area in the groin extending down the leg to the knee. I had a fever and vomiting with severe body aches and fatigue The incision was reopened in the office with no remarkable findings. I was treated with antibiotics and had resolution of symptoms. This continued to occur every 6 to 8 weeks. I have seen rheumatologist and other specialists to rule out other contributors with no answer I became sick of taking antibiotics and did not take them a few times that this flare up in my leg occurred and the symptoms resolved without them. Flare ups stopped for about 10 months and has now returned with the same symptoms: red area on leg beginning in groin down to mid leg, nausea And vomiting, fever, body aches, enlarged bilateral inguinal lymph nodes. My surgeon has been unable to come Up with a cause or solution In the past 3 years
