Loose skin after weight loss - Tummy tuck with thigh lift? (Photos)

Background: I grew up as an overweight/obese child. Highest weight 198 in my 20s. Weight fluctuations most of my life but the last 10 years 140-155. Was gaining again and at 160lbs started microdose of GLP with low dose HDT. I lost 35lbs and now weigh 125. I am 5’8” and 54 years old. Been working out since age 19. Met with plastic surgeon today who confirmed the need for medial thigh lift to address laxity. Also recommended to do a tummy tuck. I have loose skin on my belly, but didn’t consider that as an urgent procedure. Doc said it will enhance the results of thighs by addressing the sagging that does move everything down to top of thighs. I also plan to do my arms probably at another time and perhaps an implant exchange. Doc said I could to arms/ legs at the same time or TT/ legs . I think my surgeon-to-be is great. I’m excited to work with him. I want the best result I can for my legs, so thoughts on adding the tummy tuck to this? My goal right now is to get the legs right. I just don’t want regret not doing the TT and “wish I had” or doing the TT and realizing it didn’t have much of an impact. Seeking other professional views. Thank you in advance.
