Indents in forehead after Botox. Will they ever go away? (photo)

Not sure why you have dents??? But a HA filler like Belotero Balance would correct...But you need to see a doctor in person... 

While I never say "never say never", it would be highly unusual for this to have been from Botox since it is a fluid injection and lasts for 4 months.  Best to be seen in person.

I have never seen a problem like this from a Botox injection. Remember, Botox is 99% sterile saline and as such is relatively harmless. Yes, poor technique may injure sensory nerves but will never cause fat atrophy with proper dilutions. Based on your photos and information, this is either normal anatomy for you (depressions are relatively symmetric) or possibly caused by another treatment...perhaps a steroid injection for cystic acne? Regardless, effective treatments to camoflouge these depressions include juvederm Voluma and autologous fat injections. Best Regards,
