21 year old female with onset of groin cysts in the last year. Treated with Keflex only to come back 3 months later so large that they had to be removed surgically. Surgeon removed 3 cysts along w/surrounding skin and noted there were 'tracks' and likely to flare up again. We've been told this could be an autoimmune issue, bacterial issue, folliculitis and maybe Hidradenitis Suppurativa. She does have Morphea Schleraderma that has been dormant for 3 years. Could laser hair removal help prevent?

This could possibly be an ingrown hair that is inflamed which would explain why it continues to grow. Either way I would recommend going to see your doctor to have him look at the area and either extract it or biopsy it to see if it could be something else more serious.
