I'm sure you are fine but I would discontinue treatments until you have had your baby. Laser hair removal penetrates only into the top layers of skin to the follicles, and being on your face there is zero way that could do anything to a developing fetus. So you are fine. There are no studies to show the effects of treatments because we simply don't treat people during pregnancy because why would we? You should be enjoying your pregnancy and not worrying about your hair. Start again in the future.
Botox has no relation to the blistering on the skin . Most likely the laser was on a high setting for you and burned the skin. See your medical provider about this issue and always apply an spf daily to prevent any pigmentation.
