Permanent black stitch. I think the knot got stuck underneath the skin when my breast were healing. I tried to take them out myself, but it was to painful to take out, because there was hardly anything to grab on to. You can see the stitch but it's just really hard to grab. I cant go through taking these stitches out without being put under. It really hurts. Should i go to the emergency room. Can I get general anesthesia to not feel pain since they will have to cut the skin. My PS is 6 hours away.
