I had my upper eyelids one 2 days ago. Does this swelling look normal. I also feel pressure in that eye. Called my doc but person answering phone just said swelling is normal.

You are still in the healing process and what you are seeing are not your results yet. It usually takes a few months to fully heal and a break in the incision is not common. Always keep the area clean and dry to prevent infection. Everything should heal well if proper care is maintained.
If this is indeed a completely new finding out of the blue, this needs to be evaluated. Step one would be to see your doctor for an initial evaluation and referral if necessary.
