I would like to have 1000 to each cheek is this possible
Hi chinabali,The definition of a big butt is relative and certainly I would focus more on shape than size. The ultimate size of your BBL result depends a lot on weight gain and loss, as well as how much fat survives the transfer. The goal is to have your surgery when you are within 10-15 pounds of your ideal body weight and plan on an exaggerated transfer to balance the expected 30-50% fat loss. This will help increase the duration of your result. Based on your photos, I'm not sure you would have enough fat to achieve 1000cc per side, but an in person exam is usually necessary. I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person exam to help you understand what is possible. I hope that helps.Best,Dr. B
Dear chynabali, the amount of required fat depends on your current size and shape and your goal. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. You might also need a tummy tuck in order to remove the excess skin and tighten your abdominal muscles. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
