I got fat transfer to hips and butt 10 weeks ago, can i start weight lifting and exercises that focus on the glutes (hip thrusts, deadlift, kickbacks p, ect), but i mean going heavy so that i can only do 8-10 reps. Will this kill the new fat cells and ruin my results? Thanks
