how will i know when it is time to switch to a smaller / tighter faja. I am 6 weeks post op Vaser lipo ( waist 360, lower, mid and upper back )and still discomfort and swelling. My faja fits but is not tight. Should i invest in buying a small one ? the one my doctor gave me zips up on the sides and the side panels have been so uncomfortable, since day one.
