I’ve been considering breast augmentation for a long time, but my breasts become extremely painful and tender at certain stages of my menstrual cycle, and I’m concerned that the procedure could make this problem worse.

Answer: Breast Tenderness Thank you for your question. The surgery should not affect your breast tenderness in any way. After your breast augmentation surgery, your tenderness should not have changed during your menstrual cycles. I would suggest discussing all of your concerns with your surgeon during a full evaluation. Please see link for additional information about breast augmentation.
