Hi all, since I’ve been 14 I’ve always had a “fat/round face.” To this day, I have to get haircuts with more hair on top, and shorter on sides to give the illusion that my face is slimmer. I workout and I’m in great physical shape, it’s just my face that’s round. I hate it. Will this procedure work for me? Will this help to make my face look slimmer and not as round? Or would this be a mistake ?

What you call a lump is most likely the modulars, the modulars are areas of our face which a lot of muscles are connected and create movement, especially when smiling or talking. In some people this area can be quite prominent.
