Will buccal fat removal help me? (Photos)

Question

Hi all, since I’ve been 14 I’ve always had a “fat/round face.” To this day, I have to get haircuts with more hair on top, and shorter on sides to give the illusion that my face is slimmer. I workout and I’m in great physical shape, it’s just my face that’s round. I hate it. Will this procedure work for me? Will this help to make my face look slimmer and not as round? Or would this be a mistake ?

Be Careful with male buccal. You might be a candidate for it. However, I would do a conservative reduction since being too aggressive can feminize the face or make it look hollow

Buccal fat removal is an ideal procedure for patients seeking to obtain a more angular facial shape. By taking out the fat pads a slight hollowness can be created, gently defining the lower border of your cheeks.
