It’s possible that the lump isn't filler at all anymore—especially since it was placed over a year ago and then recently dissolved. It could be residual scar tissue or a small fibrotic nodule. These types of lumps can sometimes be long-lasting and aren’t always visible, but you can definitely feel them when pressing on the lip.
