Would a chin reduction, neck liposuction and buccal fat removal address my witch's chin and give me a sharper jaw line? (photo)

When I smile my chin tucks downwards, I believe it is a witch’s chin. I’ve had Botox before but haven’t noticed a difference, it’s not bony but has significant muscle and soft tissue. I’d like a sharper jawline and right now it seems like my chin is separate from my jaw lol. Would a chin reduction, neck lipo and possibly buccal fat removal give me the sharp jawline I’m looking for?

A few things are needed to provide some treatment options. A non-smiling photo from several angles and a lateral radiograph.  Dynamic changes ( for example when smiling) can be challenging problems. The possibilities include bony chin reduction, soft tissue chin suspension, fat repositioning to diminish the submental crease, jawline liposuction, and subdermal skin tightening.

Please consider re-asking your question with a non-smiling profile photo to best assess the projection of your chin. There are some procedures described for lifting a droopy chin appearance, however, we do not have experience with this. Witch's chin can be corrected by addressing the tissue underneath the chin. We make a small incision in the groove where the chin is folding and address that area. You look young enough that this, plus "embrace" which is liposuction, necktite, and morpheus 8 together should give you a very nice jawline and a more contoured neck.

Based on this one photograph, you should not have a chin reduction. A strong chin provides better structural support for the soft tissue in your neck. If you're looking to improve your jawline significantly, you may require a neck lift procedure, which accomplishes liposuction to remove the fat deposits above the platysma muscle, surgical extraction of the deep fat below the platysma muscle, and a platysma-plasty, which significantly improves your jawline. It's also possible to release the mandibular restraining ligament to even out that crease between your chin and your neck.
