For example, if your are looking for a Hi Def result, the person with more muscle mass will be easier to sculpt. If it's simply taking fat out for say a flatter abdomen, each person is about the same, meaning that the amount of muscle does not change the ease or difficulty of removing the fat. I find that fit patients tend to have easier recoveries, though.
