I recommend seeing a Doctor you feel comfortable with, answers all your questions, educates you, and does an extensive sizing routine, utilizing the most advanced technology systems. In regards to what procedure and size implants would suit you best, based on your preferred photos, it is hard to determine without seeing your anatomy, breast shape and size and if you have ptosis (a droop) to your breasts. Hope this helps and best of luck in the process
