Would 2800 grafts be enough to cover my scalp area with an FUE hair transplant? (Photo)

My name is Branislav. I am 41 years old, currently in China. My hair loss is huge, however, with Finasteride and Minoxidil there have been some improvements. Last September, I went to one clinic (one of ghe top 10 in China), only to be rejected for HT, because my donor was too weak. I started using medications on December 21st last year. Few weeks ago, I went to another clinic and they told me they could extract 2800 grafts, fue. Is that enough to cover my scalp area? Thank you!
