In your case, you should show more pictures of yourself before the hair transplant. As long as we do not know how big was the receiving area we cannot tell if 2500 grafts was the amount that you should have gotten. And from the picture, we can tell that the front area is not as dense as supposed to be. But there might be different factors that they did it like that, such as your age, hair loss process, etc.

These two operations can only be applied successively. First, Hair transplant operation should be applied. The recovery of it takes around 3 days. After HT, Gyno can be done . In Gyno, patient should be in supine position which is not a problem for a newly hair transplanted patient who already should lie in that position for a week.

For your case 2800 grafts would not be enough to cover full head. Our assumption is you need 4000 grafts or more, and in order to see if it is possible to extract 4k grafts from your donor area, it should be analyzed first.
