Is stem cell hair transplant available?

Hello, I have seen websites of few clinics lately that are promising some kind of stem cell hair multiplication which shall hive unlimited supply of hair follicles by taking skin cells of the patient. My concern is to fill the donor area which has been spoiled by previous hair transplant surgeries. If there is any clinic which is offering this, please let me know.
