Is there any way to repair the hair or is FUE the only option I have to fix it? Its patchy and looks awful. I can't grow a beard and has left me im utter depression.

Usually when someone who has hair loss due to some kind of disease ,we wait until the disease which is cause of hair loss is completely under control, also it seems the donor site is affected which needs more evaluation after resolving thyroid disease
